Flik is a service of Nomadis. Flik (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Flik AI-Native Product Delivery Platform, including the website, web application, CLI, and MCP server, on behalf of Nomadis. Data we collect

We use third-party services to provide authentication and connectivity. Specifically, we use Clerk for authentication. When you sign up or sign in, Clerk may collect and process email addresses, profile data, and account identifiers. Clerk also handles connectivity to other systems you choose to link (for example, GitHub) in accordance with your authorizations and their own policies.

We store data necessary to operate the service: API keys (and associated metadata such as key prefix and creation time), organization membership, and project-related data. We do not collect more personal data than is needed to provide and secure the service.

How we use your data

Your data is used to authenticate you, manage API keys, support organization and project features, and provide the Flik service. We use it only for these purposes and to comply with applicable law.

We do not sell or resell your data

We do not sell, rent, or resell any customer data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or for building profiles for sale. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the Flik service and to meet our legal obligations.

Third-party platforms

We use third-party platforms to deliver the service. Clerk handles authentication and may support connections to other systems (such as GitHub) that you choose to link. Those integrations are subject to the respective third party’s terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review Clerk’s and any linked provider’s policies. We do not control data collected directly by those providers outside of our application.

Data retention and security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
