Terms of Service

Acceptance

Flik is a service of Nomadis. By accessing or using Flik—including the website, web application, CLI, and MCP server—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Proof of concept; early adopters

Flik is currently a proof of concept. The service is only open to early adopters who are working with the Flik Development team. Access may be limited, invited, or revoked at our discretion. We do not guarantee general availability or that the service will remain in its current form.

Description of the service

Flik provides an AI-Native Product Delivery Platform, including MCP-based tooling and a web application for API key management, organizations, and projects. The service may rely on third-party providers (such as Clerk for authentication and connectivity to systems like GitHub). Use of those integrations may be subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific performance levels, or that the service will be error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

API keys and security

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials confidential. Do not share them with others or commit them to version control or public repositories. You must rotate keys promptly if you suspect compromise or unauthorized use. Misuse of the service or of credentials may result in suspension or termination of access.

Acceptable use

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, abuse rate limits, or use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or resell your data. By using the service you acknowledge our use of third-party providers (such as Clerk) for authentication and related connectivity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the last updated date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes we will use reasonable means to bring them to your attention (for example, a notice on the service or by email where we have it).

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (100 USD), whichever is greater.
